Can I update the details or price of my dress listing?

Yes, you can update the details or of your dress by logging into your seller account, navigating to “My Listings,” selecting the dress, and editing the desired fields. Dresses are more likely to be rented out when the price is kept under 250 NIS. If you would like to change the price, please contact us and we will update it for you!

How do I handle payments and dress returns?

All payments and dress returns are handled directly between you and the renter. Make sure to discuss and agree upon the payment method and return process with the renter when scheduling the try-on time.

What if the renter damages the dress?

Discuss and agree upon a damage policy with the renter beforehand. You can also consider setting a security deposit to cover potential damages. Please read our Terms and Conditions for more information.

How can I increase the visibility of my dress listing?

To increase visibility, make sure your dress listing includes high-quality photos, a detailed and appealing description, and competitive pricing. How do I remove my dress listing?
